Introduction about the topic.
This will be a resource for individuals to find or sell houses all around SA. To list your house here to sell simply fill out the format and make a reply. Be sure to keep watch on your listing on this topic. If anything regarding your listing is need a mention will be posted here. Your listing if left inactive for 1 month will be removed and you are required to re-list it. For buyers simply follow the buyers format and make a reply. This will allow you to keep your house on the market with out worrying about a topic. If the house gets sold, either because you request a bid deadline or someone posts a Buy-Out price you will be mentioned here and given the buyer's in-game information to complete the deal. This is only a reference service and are not responsible for the actual trade. If you are mentioned and go more than 3 days with out responding then the listing will be removed.
Each listing is divided by zone, LS, SF, and LV. So respectively the bid #ID will be the city Abbrev. and Listing number. So city first LS, LV, SF then followed by a number.Show content
