-  ARM stands for? Account Recovery Manager

-   My friend's account is hacked, can I post on behalf of him?  NO

-   What is the punishment for lying to ARM staff? Permanent ban, worst case scenario.

-   I have no proof at all that I own the account but I still live in the same house, Can I still make a retrieval request? Yes, you can. Account retrieval managers are experienced in linking accounts to their owners.

-   May I have a refund of the money that was stolen from me? Yes. If you lost money in the case of a stolen account, your money will be refunded via a L5 staff.

-   I sold my account and made a retrieval request. Say hello to a permanent ban
