1. Why apre you interested in the staff job (Minimum 100 words): well sir, the staff job isn't easy as the most of the community members think so,as the staff member should be very active and experienced as well to be able to hanble handle this localtion and resposibility, he has to take about his staff job and duty andhis original job "Group" (Cop/Criminal) , in addition to this he should take care about his group. The Staff member has help the new members (so he should be patient) , and punish the rule-breakers in the community  to clean it up and to make it from the best communites in the whole MTA game.
2. What is motivating you to contribute to New Gaming Community (Minimum 80 words): I contribute in the Community the new players and the players who need help about something for example how to go criminal or cop, and im help him to learn more about the server and about gangs for example where we buy guns, how to join groups, and i contribute him about what he need
3. What do you think a staff actually do: help members and work soo hard, if someone flamming he will mute him and if he spam he will jail him
